Some requests from devices to register push notifications would fail when the same device would try to register multiple times in quick succession. This would cause devices not to be able to get an Expo push token if registering for the first time, or to update the Expo push notification service with their native device tokens. The issue will be resolved for each device the next time it makes a request to get an Expo push token or update its native device token.
